CORN MADNESS Cornhole Tournament Recap at FamilySAFE – Watch Video – Who Won?

Corn Madness was definitely in the air at FamilySAFE for our first HBACF Corn Madness FUNdraising Tournament! With around 100 in attendance, including 34 teams, everyone was wondering who would make it to the final elimination rounds and take home the prizes! Friendly competition was the theme for the evening, as spectators and players were:

  • Completing their NCAA basketball championship brackets
  • Warming up for their own round of cornhole
  • Playing the 30 second Pop –A –Shot contest
  • Watching the first play-in-game of the NCAA tournament
  • Competing in the Bungee Hoop Shootout inflatable

Not only was there big time friendly competition for this FUNdraising event, but Dusty Essick  (Auctioneer, as well as HBA Builder) auctioned off a Midwest Block & Brick fire pit that was donated to the HBACF by Quality Masonry. Thank you Dusty for your excellent auctioneer skills and thank you Quality Masonry for your donation. Of course we can’t forget to thank the high bidder and new owner of the fire pit, Aaron Meadows, for his winning bid of $550 for the fire pit.

To complete the night, and the main purpose for this event, the HBA Charitable Foundation raised $3,355 to help promote workforce development and charitable outreach related to the building trades.

Thank you to our Sponsors and those who donated their time and gifts to help make this event such a huge success!
