SFC Bank Promotes Three, Adds Two to Local Bank’s Team

Rob Fulp, Chairman and CEO for Springfield First Community Bank, announced the following promotions and additions to the Springfield based bank’s staff:
·         Wendy Dunlap – promoted to Vice President, Commercial Lending
·         Kody Redwing – promoted to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lender
·         Lisa Schuder – promoted to Assistant Vice President, Consumer Lender
·         Nathan Fritz – hired as Vice President, Mortgage Loan Originator
·         Kristin Carlton – hired as Vice President, Loan Administration

Dunlap, who joined SFC Bank 5 years ago, has 19 years of experience in retail banking, consumer and commercial lending.  She works to coordinate all aspects of commercial client banking relationships.Wendy is the former board chairman for the Pregnancy Care Center and continues to be active within the organization.

Redwing has worked in banking for 7 years, and has been with SFC Bank since June 2015.  Kody will offer all types of commercial loans in his new role, including SBA loans.  He holds a B.S. in Finance from Missouri State University, and also attended the Missouri School of Lending through the Missouri Bankers Association.  Redwing is currently involved with the Springfield Rotaract Club, where he serves on the Rock’n Ribs BBQ Festival Committee.

Schuder has 17 years of banking experience and has served Springfield First Community Bank since it opened in 2008.  Lisa’s many years of service have provided her with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all aspects of lending.  In her new role, she will provide consumer lending services for customers of SFC.

Fritz comes to SFC with 15 years of mortgage banking experience and a track record of excellent customer service.  His professionalism and friendly demeanor is evidenced by the many local Realtors who trust him to help buyers obtain financing on a home.  Nathan joins a team of three other mortgage lenders at SFC, and is housed out of the bank’s Home Loan Center, located at 1615 E. Primrose.

Carlton brings over 14 years of experience in credit administration, analysis, and loan review to SFC Bank.  She earned her B.S. in Finance from Missouri State University in 2003, with a minor in economics.  Kristin and her husband enjoy mentoring elementary age children through a program sponsored by the church they attend.
