Springfield Mayor Bob Stephens recently gave his first ‘State of the City” address to attendees of the June 6 Good Morning Springfield event, hosted by the Springfield Area chamber of Commerce. Stephens took office recently when former Mayor Jim O’Neal resigned the post.
