Metropolitan National Bank Announces Tiffany McClain on New Role

Metropolitan National Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Tiffany McClain from Assistant Vice President-Executive Assistant to Assistant Vice President-Strategic Initiatives Manager for Metropolitan.

McClain brings to her new role 3 1⁄2 years of banking experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Psychology and a Graduate Degree in Communication from Drury University.

“Tiffany is the epitome of a team player. Her contagious personality, drive, and willingness to put team above self make her a natural leader,” said Mark McFatridge, President and CEO. “This opportunity was earned because of her ability to generate cooperation and forward motion across all lines of business, geographies and stakeholders.”

The role of Strategic Initiatives Manager is responsible for assisting the President and Chief Executive Officer with a variety of strategic duties including serving as the NEXT Advisory Board Director, product development leader, project management and various other leadership initiatives. McClain’s goal in this new role is to promote and maintain excellent customer and employee relations.

Her proudest accomplishment in banking thus far has been the opportunity to lead the Quality of Life Initiative team. Together, they created a program to challenge their teammates to improve the quality of their lives, both personally and professionally. Through this program, Metropolitan is recognized by the American Heart Association as a Platinum level, Fit-Friendly Worksite.

McClain is an avid runner and supports many community charity runs and events. She serves on the American Heart Association’s Top Walker Committee and promotes the association’s Fit-Friendly Worksite Campaign. She is also a member of the Network in Springfield.
