NAME BADGES
Exhibitors will be supplied with up to five (5) name badges per booth. Name badge forms are due in the HBA office no later than December 21, 2012. YOUR NAME BADGE GETS YOU INTO ALL EVENTS. Names badges can be picked up during set-up.
SET-UP DEADLINE
All booths must be completely set up by 2 p.m. on Thursday, January 17. There will be no exceptions.

Sunday, Jan 20: 11am – 5pm
TEAR DOWN
Sunday, Jan 20: 5pm – 8pm
