How does advocacy affect my business? Why should it be important to me? Get these answers and learn more about why Advocacy Matters at the HBA Membership Networking event! Southern Materials and Southern Supply are proud to co-host this event on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 (5pm – 7pm) at Southern Materials (Highway 65 and Division Street).
The HBA Networking event is open to all HBA members. Check in at Southern Materials Company at 5pm and enjoy appetizers, a mashed potato bar and assorted other treats, learn more about advocacy and then check out the games.
Staff from Southern Materials, Southern Supply and the HBA will join area officeholders to assist with the games including a Sporting Clay Shootout, Sketch a Home, Bet on Your HBA and a short trivia contest – show off your skills and win. The more you participate in the party games, the more points you earn, which relates directly to your success within the HBA. The HBA Winner’s Circle will include top points achievers from each game and the grand prize winner will win St. Louis Cardinals tickets!
Don’t forget to bring your quarters – all games require a minimum donation of 25 cents to play!* Why a quarter you ask? This secret will be revealed at the event.
