Golden Hammer Honorees Recognized – Hearts & Hammers

Habitat for Humanity of Springfield, MO (HFHS) honored two past board of directors and a local business with the Golden Hammer award during the Hearts & Hammers annual celebration. Golden Hammer award recipients are among the most valuable HFHS supporters who have demonstrated their belief in the mission the organization by providing ongoing support and assistance sustaining Habitat for Humanity’s growth.

Michal Moss Early – HFHS Board of Directors 2009-2014, president 2013-2014. “Michal led with grace and provided guidance to the organization. She never shied away from issues, but always viewed them through a lens of compassion.”

Andrew Wells – HFHS Board of Directors 2009-2014. “Andrew showcased his creative and professional experience by creating a more modern and functional floor plan that will be utilized for all infill lots in the homebuyer program.”

Kelly Greens Apartment Homes – Leading donor to the Habitat for Humanity ReStore. The apartment complex donated 400 refrigerators, 400 stoves, 400 microwaves, and 400 dishwashers which helped raise more than $100,000.00
