HBA members from around the state will be meeting at the State Capitol in Jefferson City on Tuesday, March 6 to talk with legislators and encourage passage of bills important to the industry including a fix for co-employee liability.
If you are a builder member and would like to ride the bus and participate in Legislative Day, or if you wish to sponsor a builder on the bus, please contact the HBA office at 881-3711 to register or download a registration form by clicking here. (Builder Advocacy Partners already have a seat reserved on the bus.)
Associate members can help make the trip possible by sponsoring a seat for a builder/remodeler member for just $100. That sponsorship includes listing in the
Legislative Day Guide as well as the opportunity to provide literature and/or ad specialty items provided to the builders making the trip on March 6. Associates can even ride the bus along with builder members by becoming a Coalition Advocacy Investor. Remember, your participation does make a difference.
During our Legislative Day last year, the Missouri General Assembly passed our priority legislation to extend the moratorium on mandatory residential fire sprinklers through 2019.
