Rusty is a 7th generation builder who has more than 25 years of building experience. He was recently featured on KOLR’s “Building the Ozarks” program and was the HBA Builder Member of the Year in 2004. He currently chairs the Government Affairs Committee and is the President of the HBA of Missouri.

Sam Bradley has been building in Springfield and the surrounding area since 1975. He was voted Builder Member of the Year in 1998, and was recently inducted into the HBA Hall of Fame. Bradley has attained the designations of Graduate Master Builder, Certified Graduate Remodelor, and Certified Green Professional. He also serves on the HBAM Board and is a Life Director for NAHB.

Brett has been building homes in the Springfield-Greene County area since 1986. Many of his homes have been featured in the HBA's Parade of Homes. Brett is a past-president of the association and has chaired numerous committees. He was the Builder Member of the Year in 2001.

Shannon Lee has always been passionate about his chosen profession of building and remodeling, as evidenced by his more than 25 years in the industry.  He is past chair of the Remodeler’s Committee and currently serves on the City of Springfield’s Building Trades Examination Board.  Shannon was the HBA Builder Member of the Year in 2006 and holds the professional designation of Certified Green Professional.
